Ellen Duysen, MPH, COHC

Central States Center for Agricultural Safety and Health (CS-CASH)
Ellen Duysen is a Research Assistant Professor working at the Central States Center for Agricultural Safety and Health (CS-CASH), at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, College of Public Health. In addition to coordinating the Center and Outreach program, Ellen coordinates the Ag Center and the Outreach program. Ellen has been a researcher at UNMC for 30 years and has kept busy raising hogs, cattle and three rascally boys. Life on the farm has provided Ellen with a clear understanding of the enumerable hazards that producers and their families face daily as well as the toll that fatigue can have on health and work performance. In this webinar, Ellen will discuss some ways to get better sleep by eliminating some of factors that cause us to lose sleep.
