GEAPS Exchange 2025: How to Harness Oilseed Value-Added Processes and Growth Potential

Session Description
From the food we eat to the products we consume, there is a good chance soybeans and other oilseeds play a role. Demand is broadening for specialty proteins in plant-based foods, while sustainability is expanding the market for vegetable oils in Renewable Diesel and Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF). Beyond traditional processing and refining of oilseeds, these and other value-added products create new growing markets and profit potential for everyone in the agricultural industry.
