Marcus Neal
Marcus Neal is owner of MN Ag Solutions. He has more than 25 years’ experience leading, designing, building, acquiring and operating grain and ag-production facilities in North America and Asia.
His capital projects have included export facility design, feed mill operations, ag-product processing facilities, large greenfield rail shuttle loading and unloading facilities, country elevator expansions, facility and business assessments for acquisition—and everything in between. Neal has an acknowledged history of working in business strategy, facility design, EHS operations and project management throughout the world and in professional associations within the agricultural industry and at all levels of organizational leadership.
Marcus started MN AgSolutions in 2021 to help fill a talent and experience gap with agribusiness and ag-based companies who need expert knowledge and skill in operations, EHS and project management for their businesses. Neal’s professional experience includes director of facility operations at Lansing Trade Group (Kansas City), director of engineering at Perdue Agribusiness (Salisbury, Maryland), DeBruce Grain (Kansas City) and Cargill Grain Division (various locations).
Neal is a husband and father of four, a Minnesota native and a graduate of agricultural engineering from the University of Minnesota. He is also a martial arts specialist in TaeKwonDo and Hapkido, enjoys competitive sparring and is an avid outdoor enthusiast.
