Danielle Crough

Dr. Danielle Crough is the Vice President of People & Culture at Interstates. In her role,  she helps drive the talent management strategy for the organization. Prior to joining Interstates, Crough consulted for 10 years helping organizations with their selection as well as leadership and organizational challenges. Crough is also an adjunct faculty member at the University of Nebraska-Omaha where she teaches organizational behavior courses in their MBA program. When not pursuing or speaking her passion for human capital strategy, Crough spends time on her acreage with her husband and three children.
