We have arranged for a discounted, comfortable place for you to stay at Hyatt Place Fort Worth Historic Stockyards. The hotel will tell you it’s near restaurants, shops and live music venues. Bonus, it’s also located adjacent to Fort Worth Stockyards Station, the site of GEAPS Leadership Conference. Our Wednesday evening social event will be at the famed Billy Bob’s Texas, located just a few steps away.

NO SHOW POLICY 

All room reservations must be guaranteed for late arrival at the time the reservation is made. In the event of a guest “no show”, all individuals with a guaranteed reservation will be responsible for one night’s room and tax. These charges will be automatically charged to the individual’s credit card or deducted from the cash/check deposit on file.

 

EARLY DEPARTURE FEE

An early departure fee of one night room rate plus tax will apply if a Group attendee checks out prior to the confirmed checkout date.

Parking

Parking at the Stockyards

Stockyards Station is located at 140 E Exchange Avenue. Free parking is available. Keep reading to learn how to take advantage of free parking.

You may park in Lot 2 or Lot 6; both located at the end of Exchange Avenue. Lot 2 is on the right, behind Old Gringo Boots. Lot 6 is directly across from Lot 2 on the left side of Exchange Avenue. You will need to scan the QR code on the parking sign and enter your license plate number and phone number. When prompted for payment, please enter promo code 9405 for free parking.

Parking is not exclusive to event guests and is offered on a first come first served basis. Uber and ride sharing are highly encouraged. 

Please note that Lot 2 will have a large portion blocked off in the mornings, but Lot 6 will be fully open and available.

  • Keep left onto I-820/Texas 121/Texas 183
  • Exit 17 toward N Riverside Drive
  • Keep left at fork; merge onto I-35W south
  • Exit 54A onto 183/NE 28th St.
  • Turn left onto Main St.
  • Turn left onto E Exchange Ave.

  • Head west on I-30
  • Exit 15C onto US-287 N toward Denton/Downtown/I-35W N
  • Keep left onto TX-280 Spur
  • Continue onto 6th St.
  • Turn right onto Commerce St.
  • Commerce winds around and becomes Main St.; continue north on Main St.
  • Turn right on E. Exchange Ave.
