Elected by GEAPS members and guided by GEAPS bylaws, GEAPS International Board of Directors works to fulfill the mission of our organization while remaining true or its roots. The board works to advance the strategic plan, do today’s work and plan for the future of our organization.

Kansas City Chapter
Paul Steinlage is an operations manager for General Mills Inc, based in Kansas City. He's been with General Mills for 23 years and as a GEAPS member since 2008, he has served on the Board of Directors, Education Programming Committee, and Host Advisory Committee. He has also served in IAOM chapter leadership and on NGFA’s Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Committee.
Bulk Conveyors, Inc. (BCI)
Michigan / Southern Ontario Chapter
Jeff Trudell is a processing sales rep with Bulk Conveyors, Inc. (BCI). He is the president and treasurer of the MSO Chapter. He also serves GEAPS on the Exchange Educational Programming Committee, Exchange Futures Committee, Leadership Conference Task Force and is the co-chair of the GEAPS Great Lakes Regional Conference. He is also a board member of the Frankenmuth Lions Club, past President and Treasurer, and serves on his township board. A graduate of Michigan State University, he has resided in Frankenmuth, Michigan for the last 22 years with his wife Michelle and three sons.
