Jeni Flach

Jeni Flach is a maintenance planner/scheduler for the West Region for Cargill CASCNA Grain locations. She also helps support Cargill’s Canadian locations and leads the Heartland Cargill Cares team for four plants in Kansas and Missouri as well as on the Regional Cargill Cares team for the West Region as secretary.  She also serves on the Cargill CASCNA women’s resource group on the external committee promoting development through training opportunities and community service.  Flach has been with Cargill for almost 15 years.  She is married to her husband Richard who works for the BNSF railroad and they have two kids Lane, 6 and Grace, 2.  Flach grew up in NE Kansas where her family still farms and runs a cattle business. Whether at work or at home, Flach lives agriculture.
