Providers of gravity actuated, mechanical Dust Control Baffles (DCB’s) for road pits, rail pits and wharf hoppers receiving all types of grains and non-sticky, dry bulk materials. Our baffles do not require any electrical power, they are self-actuating and prevent 70% – 80% of fugitive dust escape without the use of any additional exhaust system added to the receiving hopper. Installing our DCB’s on a receiving hopper with an existing exhaust system or incorporating them into your new facility design can result the capture of 100% of the dust escaping from below the hopper.
