Mauricio Leano

Mauricio Leano is the Americas Polyethylene Technology Principal for Customer & Application Development at ExxonMobil. In this role, he provides technical leadership for Agricultural Films and Think Liners. His focus is to drive innovation powered by the high-performance PE platforms from EM by collaborating globally with the value chain of the protected agriculture industry to bring value growth with sustainability. Leano comes with 22 years of industry experience and is co-inventor of several patents and author of several internal and external publications. 

Heeke and Leano are partnering with customers, additive suppliers, OEMs, brand owners, end-users and internal teams within ExxonMobil to develop the next generation of PE resins and structures for films to be used in various agriculture applications. They are based in Houston, Texas.
